Since 2014, the ARNG CYS Program has incorporated the Army’s Master Resilience Training (MRT) to equip youth with the skills needed to build and sustain resilience. While typically conducted in person, the program also offers virtual training videos and content created by a dedicated workgroup of ARNG CYS Leads and Coordinators.
This section contains training modules designed specifically for youth and teens. All of the modules have been developed by those working within the ARNG CYS Program, and are available for use at the local level.
